As an Internal Sales specialist you will be the friendly face delivering expert advice, fast service, and tailored solutions that keep customers coming back.

What your day will look like:

• Provide customers with an outstanding in-store experience and provide expert advice on electrical products and solutions
• Process sales orders, quotes, and customer projects quickly and accurately
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure the best products and prices
• Keep the trade counter stocked, organised, and ready to serve
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting loyalty

• You bring positive energy, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for helping customers
• You’re motivated to learn and become an expert in electrical products and trade counter sales
• Experience in electrical wholesaling, trades, or the building/construction industry is a bonus — but not essential, as we provide full product and sales training
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and thrive on building strong relationships
