We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to support, mentor and inspire our fabulous team at our Salisbury Plain branch. Working closely with your Branch Manager, you'll lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service and operational support.

• Ensuring customers receive the best possible service. 

• Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and key stakeholders.

• Provide leadership and training to create an inclusive and harmonious work culture

• Ensure compliance with all procedures and further enhance a strong WH&S culture.

• Work closely alongside the team and Branch Manager to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies

• Previous experience in a customer facing role, with a passion for sales and operational excellence

• Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us

• Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team desirable

• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded
