Internal Sales

Ideal Electrical Supplies, a part of Rexel Australia is a worldwide expert in distributing electric and energy-efficient products and services. We provide smart electrical solutions in over 1,900 branches across 21 countries worldwide that improve the comfort, safety and security of our customers’ homes, businesses, and industries.

In this role, you'll be a key member of our Ideal branch in Maroochydore and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

The hours will be 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday with an additional Saturday morning every second weekend 7am-11am which will be paid in overtime rates. 

A typical day will involve

• Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.
• Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
• Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained
• Respond to customer queries & make follow-up calls. 

• Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded
• You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
