Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Sidcup Hub, Working a Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 shift pattern. 

This role is to support the Branch by ensuring that all Next Day and Same Day deliveries are Picked, Packed and delivered on time across the Sidcup Area. This is a leading a team of 5 people within Warehouse and Delivery - You'll be Route Planning and then checking in on the warehouse operatives activity to support where needed daily.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, You will be working alongside the Branch Manager, whilst reporting into the Regional Logistic and Transport Manager's, to deliver a smooth and reliable service to each off our customers. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work alongside the Branch Manager and Sales team to understand order priorities and communicate updates effectively. 
• Lead and manage 2 x Warehouse Operatives and 3 x Delivery Drivers 
• Route plan daily deliveries to ensure efficient and timely service via our PODFather system
• Monitor the teams daily activity and Check in regularly with them, providing support where needed
• Help maintain & improve warehouse and delivery operation Health & Safety standards 
• Ensure a high level of service and on-time delivery performance
