Job Description
As the Branch Manager for our Gympie store, you will play a key role in creating a positive, collaborative and high-performing team environment. We’re looking for someone who brings strong people skills, sound judgement and the confidence to guide a team toward shared goals.
You’ll have the autonomy to help shape a supportive, inclusive and welcoming branch culture while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

A bit about your role
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and sales teams to support long‑term partnerships.
- Coach and support your team by communicating priorities clearly and fostering an inclusive, respectful culture.
- Oversee branch operations to achieve sales, margin, profit and service targets.
- Champion safety and contribute to our strong safety‑first culture.
Qualifications
