Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated Internal Sales person to join our Darwin branch. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, building relationships, and developing a long-term career in sales.
In this role, you’ll support customers in the electrical industry by providing great service, practical solutions, and dependable sales support. You’ll be part of a collaborative team where you’ll receive the training and support you need to build your expertise and grow your career.

A typical day will invole:
- Delivering excellent customer service and an in-store experience that keeps customers coming back
- Managing sales orders, quotes, and customer projects
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Helping maintain margins through effective supplier engagement
- Responding to customer enquiries and making follow-up calls
- Working closely with your branch team to deliver positive customer outcomes
Qualifications
You enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and are motivated to build a career in sales.
You will bring:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to learn
- A genuine interest in sales and building relationships
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Electrical wholesaling, trades, or building/construction experience is highly regarded, but not essential and we’ll provide full product training
