As a Infrastructure Manager - Hosting & Cloud, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, management, as well as optimization of the organization’s cloud and on-premise hosting infrastructure. Your objective: to ensure secure, scalable, highly available, and cost-effective infrastructure services that support enterprise applications, data center platforms, and business operations. 
 
Your role: to lead infrastructure teams, oversee cloud strategy, manage hosting environments, ensure compliance and security standards. You will be working closely with application, security, DevOps, Managed Service Providers and data center teams to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Management

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure environments, primarily on Microsoft Azure.
• Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security of cloud services.
• Oversee provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of cloud resources.
• Contribute to cloud governance and architecture standards.

Data Center & Platform Management

• Manage enterprise hosting environments including data centers, virtualized infrastructure, and hybrid cloud platforms.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Support hosting for enterprise applications, databases, and analytics platforms.
• Monitor infrastructure capacity and performance.

Infrastructure Architecture & Strategy

• Contribute to the definition and execution of the cloud and infrastructure strategy.
• Support cloud migration initiatives from on-premise environments to cloud platforms.
• Implement automation and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
• Help design scalable and resilient infrastructure architectures.

Security, Compliance & Governance
    •    Ensure infrastructure aligns with security policies and regulatory standards (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
    •    Work closely with cybersecurity teams to implement security controls.
    •    Support identity access policies and infrastructure security monitoring.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor infrastructure and cloud engineers.
• Coordinate activities with DevOps, security, networking, and application teams.
• Manage relationships with vendors and external service providers.

Operations & Reliability

• Ensure infrastructure uptime and reliability.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
• Support monitoring, logging, and alerting practices.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud environments.
• Experience managing cloud and hosting environments.
• Experience leading infrastructure or cloud engineering teams.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure in hybrid environments and VMware virtualization.
• Fluent English required.

Technical Skills

• Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure (Hybrid Environment).
• Infrastructure: VMware, Hyper-V.
• Automation / IaC: Terraform.
• Containers: Kubernetes.
• Configuration management: Ansible, Chef, Puppet.
• Networking: VPC, VPN, load balancing, firewalls.
