• Branch replenishment — Maintain optimal stock levels and purchase to planning schedules.
• Stock policy management — Enforce stock policy, monitor levels and recommend adjustments.
• Order management — Track open orders, manage supplier delivery performance and optimise PO schedules.
• Cost optimisation — Analyse pricing across branches, reduce cost dispersion and identify savings.
• Performance tracking — Monitor KPIs including PO lines, SIFOT and cost variance.

• Experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally in electrical wholesale.
• Strong understanding of supplier agreements and market conditions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
