Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Lifecycle Services to join our Rexel USA team in Denver, CO!

 

Summary:
The Life Cycle Service Business Development Manager is responsible for leading Rexel’s efforts in accelerating the delivery of consultative services and life cycle contracts. Additionally, this role is responsible for developing collaborative partnerships with customers and key manufacturers such as Rockwell Automation and offering complete life cycle support solutions. Selling services solution.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for delivering accelerated sales growth in consulting business, contracts, and other associated pull through offers
  • Be a subject matter expert in understanding customers' business drives and desired business outcomes, combining capabilities of Rexel, key suppliers, and partners, and simplifying the customers buying journey
  • Expand Rexel’s presence with key customer executives and decision makers
  • Represent 100% of Rockwell Automation and ASP offers
  • Coordinate project execution with external and internal stakeholders
  • Support additional partner service delivery capabilities based on observed customer business needs
  • Develop PPR goals and metrics and coordinate with team on meeting targets for all areas of services business beyond just Rockwell Automation services
  • Annual growth planning and execution
  • Serve as domain expert for Rockwell’s ASP services and continuously builds competency with yourself and your services and sales resources
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of successful experience related to selling consultative services
  • Experience selling consultative services and annual recurring revenue offers would be an asset
  • High School or GED - Required
  • 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to operate effectively in both a sales lead and sales support capacity across all customer levels
  • Strong interpersonal communications, analytical and problem solving, organizational and written/verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to foster open dialogue and extend collaboration with other internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective prioritization, multi-tasking, time management and project management skills
  • Ability to operate independently

For the state of Colorado only, the pay is $102,158.32 to $127,697.90, depending upon qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law. Commission/Bonus Plan: Automation BDM Bonus Plan
