Internal Sales / Storeperson

Rexel Electrical Suppliers, a part of Rexel Australia is a worldwide expert in distributing electric and energy-efficient products and services. We provide smart electrical solutions in over 1,900 branches across 21 countries worldwide that improve the comfort, safety and security of our customers’ homes, businesses, and industries.

In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Adelaide and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

A typical day will involve

• Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.
• Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
• Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained
• Respond to customer queries & make follow-up calls. 
• Maintaining a well-run storeroom and contributing to the overall look of the branch.
• Loading & unloading deliveries; pick, pack, despatch orders; receipt goods in/out; inventory & stocktake.
• Driving safely and abiding by road rules at all times.
• Champion an already strong safety culture.

• You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
• Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded - otherwise we will provide the product training! 
• Current valid Australian Drivers Licence
• Exceptional attention to detail with previous Stores/Warehousing experience desirable
• Current forklift license desirable
