Job Description

Reporting to the Quality Manager, a Quality Assistant Administrator is part of the Quality team, which is responsible for efficiently managing the Quality System and all associated duties, including documentation control, procedural updates and control, product contact item management, and responsible for all training records and updates.

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Developing and implementing quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing quality control systems.
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
  • Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
  • Collaborating with different managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
  • Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
  • Investigating and troubleshooting product or delivery issues.
  • Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
  • Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes
  • Managing of Supply chain documents
  • Managing all training records
  • Maintaining all procedures and controlling all revisions
  • Obsoleting of out of date procedures and forms.
  • Managing all product certification
  • Conducting internal audits.

Qualifications

 

  • A third level qualification in a Quality related subject is essential.
  • ISO system experience is essential Manual.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable
  • Strong teamwork backgroun
  • Goood knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook is an advantage
  • Ability to work with detailed information in a structured fashion Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instruction Understanding of Health & Safety issues
