Assistant Manager

We are currently looking for a maternity leave cover an Assistant Manager to provide day-to-day operational assistance and support to our fabulous team in Warragul.  Working closely with your team you'll ensure exceptional service to our customers who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia! No weekend work required.

A bit about your role

• Ensuring customers receive friendly and the best possible service.
• Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and training to create an inclusive and harmonious work culture
• Ensure compliance with all procedures and further enhance a strong WH&S culture.
• Work closely alongside the team and Branch Manager to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies

• Previous experience in a customer facing role, with a passion for sales and operational excellence
• Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us
• Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team desirable
• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded
• High attention to detail
• Strong sales experience
