We are seeking a dynamic Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team in Manchester, United Kingdom. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets • Collaborate with the external sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate new leads • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline to management • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively address customer needs and objections
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in an internal sales role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite • Exceptional time management and organisational abilities • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies • Understanding of the UK market and industry trends • Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market conditions
