Summary:
The Recruiter will play a vital role in shaping the talent landscape of our organization. This role will be responsible for sourcing, researching, and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates across various disciplines and locations. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and organizational leaders, the Recruiter will ensure that Rexel fills open positions in a timely manner with candidates who align with our values and contribute to our success.
What You'll Do:

Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans in partnership with hiring managers, using data-driven sourcing strategies and recruitment KPIs to measure pipeline strength, candidate quality, timeliness, and overall effectiveness. Lead college recruiting efforts to identify interns and candidates for the early-career rotational program, ACE, by building and maintaining strong relationships with universities and candidates; effectively utilizing Handshake; attending college career fairs and other campus events; and developing sustainable talent pipelines. Continuously evaluate and improve university recruiting strategies while providing hiring managers with qualified candidates and actionable market insights.
- Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including conducting hiring manager intake calls, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting phone screens, providing feedback to candidates, and extending offers for various positions across multiple disciplines and locations. - Efficiency and Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements that support the achievement of recruiting goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) around time, cost, and complexity for hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Team. Manage requisitions and candidate activity with a sense of urgency, promptly addressing barriers and ensuring timely movement through each stage of the recruitment lifecycle. - Recruitment Marketing and Branding: Use creative and proactive recruitment marketing approaches to strengthen talent pipelines, increase candidate engagement, and support hiring strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Adhere to established recruitment KPIs. Track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make timely data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes.
- Relationship Building: Serve as a proactive talent advisor by developing hiring strategies, setting clear expectations, providing timely updates, and partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and build and maintain effective pipelines of qualified talent.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other duties as assigned while demonstrating responsiveness, accountability, creativity, and a consistent sense of urgency in support of organizational and Talent Acquisition objectives.
