Job Description

  • Manage senior customer relationships across corporate and site levels to ensure stability and long‑term value
  • Grow existing accounts through margin improvement, project expansion and increased share of wallet
  • Identify targeted new business that complements the existing portfolio
  • Understand client needs and position Rexel as the preferred partner across multiple projects
  • Promote eBusiness and value‑add solutions to lift customer efficiency
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to support forecasting and account planning
  • Work closely with the branch network to deliver service excellence

Qualifications

  • Experienced key account manager with success in retention, growth and selective new business
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
  • Ability to influence at all levels and translate needs into complete solutions
  • Industry or product knowledge (electrical ideal)
  • Strong CRM discipline and solid Microsoft Office skills
