Senior Warehouse Operative

We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Operative to join our Bristol Hub, Working a Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 shift pattern. 

This role will involve support the Hub Manager in driving activity from yourself and 3 team members to hit SLA's and Targets on Same Day and Next Day orders.

As a Senior Warehouse Operative, You will be working with the Hub Manager, by taking ownership of the Late Shift, ensuring that operational targets and SLA's are met, Site Health & Safety is upheld and any team escalations are dealt with.

You will supervise about 3 - 4 operatives across Warehouse and Administration, so ideally, you will have team lead or supervision experience from a Logistics background, Have great stock management knowledge and able to effectively communicate across different stakeholders,

• Proven background and knowledge of warehouse operations ideally in a supervisory position
• Great communication skills across all different levels 
• Good Warehouse & Logistics Health & Safety knowledge
• Proficiency with IT systems
