Storeperson / Internal Sales

Rexel Electrical Suppliers, a part of Rexel Australia is a worldwide expert in distributing electric and energy-efficient products and services. In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Warwick and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

A typical day will involve

• Maintaining a well-run storeroom and contributing to the overall look of the branch.
• Loading & unloading deliveries; pick, pack, despatch orders; receipt goods in/out; inventory & stocktake.
• Driving safely and abiding by road rules at all times.
• Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.
• Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
• Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained
• Respond to customer queries & make follow-up calls. 
• Champion an already strong safety culture.

• You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
• Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded - otherwise we will provide the product training! 
• Current valid Australian Drivers Licence
• Exceptional attention to detail with previous Stores/Warehousing experience desirable
• Current forklift license desirable
