A well‑coordinated digital strategy is essential for driving business success and delivering value to both customers and employees. As the B2B Integrations Lead, you will play a key role in expanding Rexel’s digital capabilities by enabling system‑to‑system connectivity, using a variety of connectivity technologies, between Rexel and our customers. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, this role will help identify opportunities where digital integrations can improve efficiency, streamline purchasing workflows, and strengthen long‑term customer relationships.
Reporting to the Digital Channel Manager, the Integrations Lead will collaborate with Digital, IT, Sales, Operations, and customer partners to identify integration opportunities and coordinate the delivery of new digital capabilities. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on coordination of integration initiatives, supporting Rexel’s continued growth in digital transaction channels.
In addition, your duties will also include:
- Support the growth of Rexel’s integrated digital ordering capabilities by identifying opportunities for system‑to‑system connectivity with customers and partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer partners to understand business workflows and identify opportunities for new integration capabilities.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap of integration capabilities that support customer purchasing workflows and digital channel growth.
- Work closely with IT teams to define functional requirements and support the implementation of integration initiatives.
- Coordinate integration projects across internal teams and external partners, ensuring that activities such as onboarding, testing, and validation are completed effectively.
- Maintain visibility of integration initiatives through documentation, backlog management, and status tracking.
- Support early partner integrations by assisting with coordination, troubleshooting, and alignment between business and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within existing digital interactions.
- Collaborate with Digital Channel teams to ensure that integration capabilities align with broader digital initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting digital platforms, system integrations, or technology‑enabled business processes within B2B distribution, wholesale, industrial supply, manufacturing, or comparable product distribution environments.
- Deep understanding of B2B procure‑to‑pay processes, including how products are sourced, priced, ordered, fulfilled, and invoiced across customer and supplier systems.
- Ability to translate business workflows and customer needs into functional requirements for technical teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating initiatives that involve multiple departments or partners.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements.
- Experience in B2Bdistribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or similar transactional environments is preferred.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Customer‑focused mindset with strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills.
- Must be fluent in English and French.
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 70000 - 90000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
