The objectives of the sustainable development roadmap are based on 4 pillars supported by the following compliance base:

Satisfaxion

For Rexel, team engagement is a fundamental pillar of its strategy. Satisfaxion, the annual internal satisfaction survey, allows employees to share their opinions and suggestions confidentially and anonymously, helping Rexel to identify areas for improvement and to define concrete and targeted strategies, policies and initiatives. Satisfaxion highlighted the strong commitment of Rexel's teams, their customer focus and their alignment with the Group's corporate purpose and strategy. This culture of feedback and continuous improvement helps create an environment where everyone's commitment is valued and ideas come to fruition for the good of all.

Skill Up

Employee development remains a strategic priority for the Group. Rexel is committed to fostering a culture of knowledge and experience sharing, and to providing employees with tailor-made training opportunities. The Group offers a wide range of learning options, both in-person and remotely, through its online training platform, Skill UP, to help employees develop their skills.

WiRE

WiRE, or Women in Rexel, represents Rexel's commitment to a corporate culture focused on diversity and inclusion. This network of communities, both local and global, aims to foster collaboration, encourage development and give confidence to women in the company. By providing a platform for women and men to connect, share experiences and learn from each other, Rexel is helping to build a more inclusive and diverse work environment that promotes the fulfillment and success of all. Since its launch in 2018 in the United States, WiRE has expanded to several countries in the Group. Each WiRE community is autonomous and offers a variety of activities, such as networking events, conferences, mentoring, trainings, sponsorships. All Rexel employees are invited to participate, underlining the company's belief that diversity is a collective strength.
