Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Internal Communications and Inclusion Manager in implementing communication strategies
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of internal communication materials, ensuring alignment with Rexel's values and objectives
  • Coordinate engagement activities and events to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Keep our teams informed about upcoming updates through our bi-weekly newsletter
  • Maintain our SharePoint intranet as a central tool for internal communication and engagement by managing and improving its content
  • Help drive engagement and awareness of communications by developing digital content
  • Develop internal communication campaigns and engagement activities to drive awareness and education

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently
  • Experience in a similar role or a background in communications, marketing, or HR is desirable
  • Proficiency in IT tools and platforms used for communication and engagement
  • A team player with a passion for creating meaningful connections within the workplace
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), including 
    • Strong editing and proofreading skills
    • Strong design skills, with the ability to transform content into visually engaging and impactful pieces
    • Demonstrate creativity, curiousness and inventiveness, with a proven track record of producing content that captures attention and drives engagement
  • SharePoint experience to support the management of our Intranet
