Rexel Electrical Supplies, a part of Rexel Australia is a worldwide expert in distributing electric and energy-efficient products and services. This role will have a key focus on serving our customers in the mining industry and ensuring all customers receive the best possible level of service throughout all interactions with the branch.

• Taking ownership of processed customers' orders, including; handling incoming sales calls; attending to requests to ensure timely management of back orders and DIFOT.
• Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
• Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers. 
• Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained 

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and a commitment to meet deadlines.
• Ideally you will have a sound working knowledge of purchasing/supply systems
• You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field. 
• Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers. 
• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded - otherwise we will provide the product training!
