Internal Sales

Rexel Electrical Supplies, a part of Rexel Australia is a worldwide expert in distributing electric and energy-efficient products and services. We provide smart electrical solutions in over 1,900 branches across 21 countries worldwide that improve the comfort, safety and security of our customers’ homes, businesses, and industries.

In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Dandenong and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

A typical day will involve

• Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.
• Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
• Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained
• Respond to customer queries & make follow-up calls. 

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the electrical industry or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proficiency in managing administrative tasks including order processing, quotations, and project coordination
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Competency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide tailored solutions to customer needs 
• Technical knowledge or certification in electrical products and services
• Experience working with suppliers and managing supplier relationships
