General Warehouse Administrative Support - Talley

Rexel USA is one of the largest distributors of electrical products, data communication, and related supplies in the United States. We are looking for a General Warehouse Administrative Support to join our Talley team in Lenexa, KS!

Summary:
The General Warehouse Administrative Support will be responsible for all aspects on the administrative side of tasks for the warehouse, including maintaining order processing, facility upkeep, and facility services.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure a safe, secure, and organized workplace
• Conduct and document all required warehouse and office safety checklists to ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Partner with the Safety Liaison, promoting a safe work environment
• Order and maintain inventory of office and warehouse supplies, ensuring all materials are available as needed
• Create and process purchase orders
• Respond to Freight quotes requested
• Confirm, scan, and file pick tickets
• Archive pick tickets that are no longer being used
• Respond and work with both internal and external contacts
• General Warehouse Support will be provided throughout the workday
• Engages in work with a high sense of urgency, highly organized and detail-oriented
• Be open to change and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations

What You'll Need

• 1+ year of experience in a clerical position, a plus
• Experience with Epicor Prelude system, a plus
• High School or GED - Required

• Computer Literate (MS Office, Excel & Word)
• Prelude Experience a plus
• Strong Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, written & verbal communication, teamwork, and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task
