Job Description
In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Caloundra and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

You will be on a fortnightly rotating roster of 6:30am - 3:30pm and 7:30am - 4:30pm. As the branch is open on Saturdays, you will be working an additional shift which will be paid overtime rates one Saturday morning a month from 7am-11am .
A typical day will involve
- Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.
- Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
- Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained
- Respond to customer queries & make follow-up calls.
Qualifications
- You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
- Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
- Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded - otherwise we will provide the product training!
