Internal Sales

Rexel Electrical Supplies, a part of Rexel Australia is a worldwide expert in distributing electric and energy-efficient products and services. We provide smart electrical solutions in over 1,900 branches across 21 countries worldwide that improve the comfort, safety and security of our customers’ homes, businesses, and industries.

Our Richmond branch is one of our flagship locations, and we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales team member to join us.

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them find the right products, building lasting relationships, and contributing to a high-performing sales team.

Day to day, you will:

• Assist customers (in person, phone, and email) with product enquiries and orders
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet branch sales targets
• Learn our product range and develop your industry knowledge over time

Ideally you will come from an electrical background, however if you don't we'll teach you the products. What matters most is:

• A genuine passion for customer service
• Strong communication and listening skills
• A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
• Confidence in a fast-paced environment
