Territory Sales Manager

** Based from either Keilor Park or Brooklyn, VIC**

We are looking for a relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager to support customers and build sustainable growth across the Keilor Park and Brooklyn regions.

This is a customer-facing, field-based role suited to someone who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their business needs and creating practical solutions. You will manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities across your territory.

Working closely with both branch teams, you will play an important part in delivering a consistent, responsive and inclusive customer experience.

About the role

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Proactively identify opportunities to support customer growth and develop new business
• Visit customers regularly to understand their needs, projects and challenges
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop plans to strengthen customer engagement and share of wallet
• Partner with the Keilor Park and Brooklyn branch teams to provide responsive, seamless service
• Connect customers with the right products, services, technical expertise and supplier solutions
• Keep informed of local market activity, customer projects and emerging opportunities
• Contribute to sales, margin and customer-growth goals across the territory

You may already be a Territory Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager or a customer-focused sales professional ready to take the next step. Most importantly, you will enjoy building partnerships, working collaboratively and helping customers achieve great outcomes.

• Experience in business development, account management, territory sales or a related customer-facing role
• Confidence engaging with a broad range of customers and stakeholders
• A thoughtful, proactive approach to identifying and following up on opportunities
• Strong communication, relationship-building and planning skills
• The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with branch and specialist teams
• Experience in electrical wholesale, trade, construction, industrial or a related industry is valued, but not essential
• A current driver’s licence
